Let us Start!

Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.Start with circle mark and open paper 9 Steal a purple color from the paper .Now go to gradient glow With these settings: Glow Width: 11.00 Soft Corners: 25% Overall Opacity: 100. Now move up to rectangle mark and open paper 4 and resize to 70%and paste as a new layer. Open element 54 and paste as a new layer on top of all layers. Now open element 1 paste as a new selection on circle make sure it shown behind the dragon then duplicate and mirror it. Open element 89 and resize to 34% and paste on the rectangle layer behind the dragon and duplicate and mirror. Open element 82 and paste behind the dragon. Go to rectangle layer mark and open element 80 and paste as a new layer and use your moving tool to move it so it looks like grass behind the dragon. Open element 53 resize to 34% and paste behind the dragon. Open element 47 and paste it as a new layer behind the dragon,set opacity on the layer to 74%. Open element 28 resize to 27% and paste in top corner of the rectangle. Open element 26 paste as a new layer behind the dragon duplicate and flip and mirror and set layer opacity to 52%Open element 88 and paste as a new layer on the bottom layer. Then add copyright info and signature and we are done!
