Tooth talk nonsense
Anybody got any tips for this post-tooth-extraction nonsense I'm dealing with?
So, I got those shitty impacted wisdom teeth removed, but now I have a different problem: I have this foul taste coming from the back-left side of my mouth and am constantly swallowing it. It lingers no matter what I drink or how I've been doing my dental hygiene, and sometimes weird fibrous mucous (not like nasal drip/my normal allergies), black and/or yellow in color, that comes out in clumps when I do my prescribed mouth rinse, and sometimes that part just starts bleeding for a tiny bit after the rinse.
The taste is awful, like rot and decay. And on top of that, when I smell it (after some of it comes out), it smells disgusting as well. I've been brushing, flossing, and doing both medical mouth wash rinses and warm salt water rinses, and again, it's only in the left side of my mouth. When I try to look the symptoms up, all I can find is either talk of infection or dry socket, but my family and medical professionals say that it's neither.
Any ideas?
