Toothy nasties imperiling Emil - have you noticed when you look at just one duskling up close like this, it certainly does resemble its challenger.

So little Matteo (or Achoo as I like to call him) Had to get a tooth pulled. So we told him that the Tooth fairy was coming and he wanted his Toothless toy to guard to tooth for him. Made me think of Hiccup and teaching his kids about who comes to take their teeth. Maybe a baby Bone Napper or something XD

It does make me wonder if there were any lores with vikings and teeth. I would imagine that the Boneknapper, back when it was just a tall tale and Berk was still at war with dragons, was involved.

Except, in this instance, it was said that the Boneknapper was attracted to bones, and once teeth fell out of your mouth, if you didn’t get rid of the baby tooth the Boneknapper would come after it in the night. Then it became tradition to take children to a special cliffside and have them throw the tooth out into the sea so that the current would take it far away from Berk.

Or maybe it was said that you had to hide your fallen tooth somewhere as an offering of peace for the Boneknapper (which was why it was never seen in raids) and he would take it in the night and leave a gift in its wake.
