A Spell to Be Sure You're Understood
Excellent for difficult conversations, family issues, court cases, and oral exams
Timing: Best performed early in the morning as part of your daily routine (great for Mercury Retrograde, too!)
You'll Need:
Toothbrush
Toothpase
Mouthwash
A Mirror
Instructions:
While brushing your teeth in the morning, look in the mirror. Focus your intentions on being understood throughout the day - not only that your communication will be clear, but also that your words will be perceived correctly by the listener.
Finish your routine. Swish the mouthwash around your mouth and visualize all misunderstandings being washed away. Let them leave with the mouthwash and rinse them down the drain.
Finally, admire your handiwork in the mirror and say,
"Brush my teeth with best intentions,
Wash away misunderstanding,
Ensure I am understood,
And my intent is pure and good."
