Nice ugly-duckling fan art. I’ve also been a fan of it for a while now but I feel like the only one. Peace!

I've been a fan of the ugly duckling EVEr SINCE IT CAME OUT VRO!!!! The whole concept and the fanart is just SOOO awesome I think about it constantly and I'm so surprised about how it managed to just.. be stuck in my mind after ALL THESE YEARS (I think it came out in 2022 as I can remember???? damn)

and the fandom is SO SMALL. there's like barely anybody that posts art about it. especially CONSTANTLY! I mean while yes the analog horror hype has kinda died down and its not as INSANELY popular anymore but like, I think the ugly duckling analog horror thing is cool!!

and the human designs of the chaarcters are just YUMMYYYYYYY. It's so funny because Duck is supposed to be "ugly" or "hideous" but he actually looks fine and stuff but I guess that's kinda the point since the swans are supposed to just be. awful to others who they deem ugly no matter how some would think otherwise I guess ( does that make sense???) I think they look awesome and delicious I have to just take a bite out of them designs *chomp*

I just also feel like it would be cool to expand on the whole concept of the ugly duckling! I know im just insanely glazing this whole thing (because I am, you can explode me now/j) but like, I kinda would love to see more of the backstory, personality, and the future of what's to come for duck's character!

did he never had friends at all? did he interact with other characters other than his family? Who are the other three siblings that didn't have individual speaking lines? What was duck actually like? What's he gonna do now that he finally achieved his goal and is beautiful? What did duck even do after he left his family? What if Duck spared sylvie? What if Duck DID have at least one friend?

So much questions that would surround my head man. I'm so sorry but like. I just really really really really like the ugly duckling and there's barely anyone who talks about it anymore vro ;-;
