I’ve recently gotten into a new UTMV Fae AU by @antlered-prince and @owl-bones and have been brainstorming ideas and art ever since.

I was researching the story behind it and I honestly didn’t expect the amount of lore from it, legit took a whole day to read through it all.

However it was an absolute delight.

I’ve drawn my own fae sona from their Q&As plus their masterpost on @valrayne-faeu .

I’ve also added some tiny lore for now ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )

Her looks or wings are based of Trosia nigropunctigera or known as Rosy Ermine Moth. I’m honestly not an insect person, they freak me out ngl but this moth was cute and I thought it would fit. They’re so ⟡ fluffy ⟡.

I decided to put her into Winter/Autumn Court since autumn is my favourite season. But she would also visit Summer/Spring Court often.

I’ve also made some outfits that she could potentially wear for being in either courts.

Midway drawing I couldn’t decide weather or not to give her lil antennas that insects have, that’s why they’re a little inconsistent in my drawings i apologise. I’d love to know if you guys would leave the antennas in or not?

I also have some interactions drawn with Mazarine, Hiemal and Skull but that’s topic for another post.

I did something new here and played around with lightning and stuff, I really like the way this came out aswell.

I also saw this trend going on X where people would make this pixel like art but it’s so freaky for the brain it looks like it’s moving—— I apologise in advance if it makes anyone feel bleh looking at it—just thought it was such a cool effect that it messes with our brains

I thought this could represent how confused and dizzy the whole transformation felt to her-

(I have no idea who started this trend because it hasn’t been credited anywhere so i apologise in advance.)

As promised I drew some of the small interactions for Fae AU from ε(´｡•᎑•`)っ @valrayne-faeu . I haven’t been able to get to it more than this unfortunately hh.

Anyway these are also weeks apart that I’ve drawn them so art style again might differ a bit.

A little disclaimer. I was already drawing this before the official look for Horror came out so I went with my headcanoon for Skull. Making him a giant ass Atlas moth, where I can plummet my face in fluff was my goal pfft. I need this man to be cuddly and warm thank you.

Sorry for my lack of art and presence. I’ve been really busy working on my thesis and well December is usually super packed with things to do (ᵕ—ᴗ—)

Anyway I completely fell in love with people colouring their hair ✦ calico style ✦. Im kinda tempted to do it myself too. I just had to sketch it out.

I decided to try making a fae sona. I’ve got so hooked in these aus that I want to make my own.

But making scenery really proved difficult honestly. I want to make simple yet detailed ish backgrounds of castle halls, maybe library and sleeping chambers as per some fictions I’ve read but I’ve been really struggling to make it look…appealing?? Idk how to even go for it honestly. I’m done with fae sona but I also wanted to draw some interactions with other characters with some background practice art.

Sooooooo, this was actually a silly art challenge I did with my bestie, but it accidentally turned into a fae oc. WHooopssseee

I decided to make her part of ValRayne Faeu by ✦ @valrayne-faeu ✦ as the brainrot did its thing here.

Anywayy meet Kiiro! She's a Great yellow Mormon (Asian swallowtail).

I was literally just looking at butterfly wings and fell in love with those ones. ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )

✶ She is part of the Summer / Spring court but is often seen sneaking into the dangers of the faewild. She may know a trick or two to survive there, but ain't gonna tell you. She drives Oneiros crazy by doing that but often brings back worthy enchanted items and herbs in compensation.

✶ Faewilds is also where she met the skeleton himself - Cozen. She loves hates him of course. ( ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ Especially since he was now assigned to deal with such a "suspicious" individual. Horrors truly∼

✶ She has knowlege on potions that can save your life .... or ruin them- depending on the intention.

✶Carries around a hidden knife, secured to her thigh, sak with all important items and a lantern with a blue glowing flower as a light - it almost seems like the lantern works by her demand.

I might add to this later if I figure out more headcannons for her. I did decide to pair her with Cozen (Killer) as a joke at first, but now they really grew on me. (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵)
