I get the sense that if you found AEW during FTR's face run, you probably don't like FTR because Dax's face promos were extremely cloying. However, if you've ever heard any of their shoot interviews, they put literally all of their stat points into studying heels who make the other team look good. I'd ask you to notice how many times you've seen an FTR match where the other team looks incredible, but you can't remember anything FTR did and certainly not want them to win even a little and just maybe consider that the common factor there is FTR.
