Raveena Mehta, Artist and Singer, was born in Antwerp, Belgium and moved to Mumbai, India as a teenager. Having lived in two such diverse environments, cultural influences have shaped her perspective and have been large components of what shape her music and art practice. While living in Belgium, she became multilingual, speaking English, Hindi, French (basic proficiency) and Gujar. In 2020, Raveena continued to engage her audience with new music and covers and subsequently grew her social media following. Her notable works from this year included collaborations with various acclaimed artists, contributing significantly to her total viewership. During the Covid lockdown, Raveena teamed up with producer Rishi Rich, to release their song Jab Tu Hai Wahi. In 2021, she sang a duet with Tiger Shroff as the female lead on his song Casanova (Acoustic). Her 2022 song Bewafaa garnered 35 Million views on YouTube[14][15], despite being an independent release.
