Unexpected afternoon tea opportunity (Hilby’s last work ending at 2pm) allowed us to test out #Liminal (by the people who gave us #TopPaddock, #HigherGround, #ThreeBagsFull & #KettleBlack, which they’ve recently sold). Very nice indeed. Also gave us the opportunity to check out the 2018 interiors to the 1928 #TandGBuilding #161Collins, remodelled by #BatesSmart over #Metier3’s frosty 1991 interventions.
