This Easy Meatball Pizza combines the flavors of a classic meatball sub with the convenience of a pizza. Homemade meatballs, marinara sauce, and a medley of toppings come together on a pre-baked crust for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 egg, beaten. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Shape the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. In a pan over medium-low heat, cook the meatballs for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are browned and fully cooked. Put marinara sauce on the pizza crust in a thin layer. Put half of the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce. Put the cooked meatballs on top of the cheese mix. Add the black olives, red onion, bell peppers, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top. Put it in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Cut it up and serve it hot.
