WHENEVER SOMEBODY ASKS akira what kind of music he listens to, he’ll tell them he’s into english alt/indie. it’s not a lie; that’s the genre that composes a large majority of his music collection, but shit, man. he loves idol pop. so when nico yazawa slides into one of the stools at leblanc, the most out of the way home-owned cafe she could possibly manage to find ( although he can surmise why she would want something nondescript & quiet ), he’s significantly less irritated that sojiro made him watch the shop while he ventured out to buy some more cigarettes.

The Tokyo idol goods shop was uncharacteristically empty. You supposed she couldn’t be that surprised. There were so many things to do in the big city that if something became tiring, there was always something else. Still, being by herself, and with few other customers, was a bit of an odd feeling.

Even so, she searched through a discount bin containing old μ’s merchandise. To be frank, idol goods weren’t really her thing, but having wandered into the store, she thought it would be a nice gesture to get something small for Chika. Although... “Jeez, there’s no Honoka-san stuff at all,” she mumbled to herself. “I don’t even know who half of these girls are...” Being a school idol was one thing, but the history simply didn’t appeal to her the way it did to Chika or the Kurosawa sisters.
