Why is that wine bottle crying? Tears of joy that my favorite Napa restaurant is making food again. An email popped up early this week from Torc in downtown Napa announcing a bbq pop-up and I couldn’t resist. The smoked ribs were amazing as were all of Chef Sean’s salads. And to cap it off, they were offering this luscious Melka CJ Cabernet Sauvignon at a very reasonable price. The 2016 was luscious and ready to be consumed.
