What are you looking forward to most in your thirties? (As someone in her late 30s, I highly suggest one thing on your list be giving way fewer fucks.)

haha I don’t even know...lower back pain?  Though as a person who sits down all day maybe I’ll miss out on that....  The fewer fucks would be nice.  Maybe I’ll just fuck off and go live in a forest cabin or some shit lol...

Nice. I want to up mine from 80 to 100 but I’m still just “on track.” Hmmmm. That’s awesome though!

I honestly thought upping it would put me down to on track or behind. I'll probably regret it later in the year since I have no idea where my life's going to go after I graduate in May.

ahhh! hard things. let’s see…

1)  90% of the time i’m excellent at keeping to task.

2) the remaining 10% i’m on tumblr or playing da:i or tumbling about da:i.  (totally counts)

3) problem-solving! friends/family/coworkers often ask me really random questions, to which i think “wtf?” even as i smile and say, “sure, i can fix that.” and then i find a way to fix it. (google, people. google is your friend. also, youtube.) 

4) i love both motion and quiet, in different ways for different reasons. that’s why running feels so intrinsic—the forward motion coupled with pre-dawn quietness and empty streets.

5) the things i love i love as much as i ever did. i’m just quieter about them.

I love them, too. When I started, I found books 10 & 11 in a discount bin so I bought them and I still haven't gotten that far. It's good though!

I'm loving it so far. I'll probably read a few books and then start spacing them out so I don't burn myself on the series. It'll definitely be the biggest series I've ever tackled.

That’s how it always works though. You always get new, shiny ideas when you’re trying to finish/edit another thing. Hahaha. Yay new novel!

I know. I've been trying so hard to ignore the urge, but I just decided I was tired of doing that and gave in. I'd rather work on something I'm inspired to instead of forcing myself to work on something I'm not.

haha! I’m legit putting my plot cards on my wall right now, but I also have a notebook DEDICATED to side ideas that i keep nearby. Like “GOTTA GET THIS IDEA DOWN NOW B4 IT’S LOST 4EVER.”

I'm so bad about writing down ideas. I just think about them and think about them until they consume me and I give in and write them.

Oh no! That’s like my biggest downfall.

You should! It's one of my favorite series! But I know the feeling, I have too big of a TBR pile and I know there's some great reads stuck in there.
