You totally understand my confusion with the matter! Just to be said, this picture is slightly misleading. Apparently there was massive gridlock from rushhour yesterday and onwards through this morning since the entire city left for home at the same time. I guess this is after a section of road has been freed up?

This really made me giggle. So many people here in CT act like this when it snows. Either that or they decide to drive EVEN FASTER to spend less time driving in the snow. Really safe.
