I realized I haven’t mentioned an anime FULL of HUGE HOT MEN! And when I say HUGE I mean

Holy shit this took me far longer than I ever anticipated, but it’s done!! 🥹

@semianonymity this is for your wonderful, wonderful Toriko fanfic Anoint Your Wings With Love, which I’ve read at least 10 times??

It’s an absolutely wonderful read, and y’all should read it too!! I think most of your fanfics I’ve read make me cry to some degree, but that’s only bc they’re so damn good with expressing emotion and heartache and pain and love god the LOVE.

Small vent on art burnout under cut.

Sadly, I was really burnt out while trying to make this, with the research on feather placement and shape and how to match the size to the person, not to mention the colors alone. AND THE SIZE REFERENCES! Life also wasn’t being friendly with me at that point… I could go on as to how perfectionist I was trying to get this done while also having fun with the process, but I think this was just too big a project for me at that time.

I kinda started to slip with the colors and background, and I couldn’t bring myself to add any shading (still can’t!), even tho I LOVE shading! I even forgot Zebra’s scars and nipples!! Can you imagine that, some of the main details for one of the main characters, not to mention the tiddies not having their little buttons, and you just straight forget they exist??

At the end, I do love the final product but I know I can do much, much better. With anatomy, detailing, shading, background creating, etc etc.

Anywho, I hope y’all enjoy this addition to the Bin, and I’ll probably take a short break from large digital art projects for a bit. I’ll still doodle, and might post those instead just for shits and giggles, but as for fanart of amazing works of fanfiction and shows and games and such? I’ll have to take a back seat for a bit.

Dying Inside [Coco X Reader]

A/N: I really wanted to rewrite this one lol. Original thots coming soon tho uwu. Though now I think I’m going to take the time to edit character banner images  for these things not only so people have an image if they aren’t familiar, and I’m tired of using the little dashes lol. I’m gonna be ghetto and do it in ms paint tho. even tho im an artist lmao. Lazy bitch i be. 

Description: You finally have a chance to take a vacation, using it as a chance to relieve yourself from a bad hunt. The reason that hunt was bad though, followed you... And makes a second attempt on your life. 

The day had finally come. It was finally the start of your vacation! You were able to snatch yourself a sweet getaway on a luxury cruise recently, so you finally found the time to clear your schedule and give yourself the next few weeks off. Doubling as a chef and a Gourmet Hunter was tiring as hell, so you deserved a nice relaxing break for all your efforts. Your last hunt had been a huge hassle; some knob of slim build getting in your way and then proceeding to get away when you tried to pursue him. He was super scrawny with some unkempt chest length hair, but that was all you could remember of his character. He was way too fast, so you’d just have to ignore that interaction for now until you had the chance to search databases for who he was to apprehend him later. It was time to focus on yourself now, and you were not about to let that get ruined. 

Boarding the ship somewhere around half an hour ago, you now sat comfortably in your chair with a colourful cocktail sitting in front of you, having finally found peace with the sea breeze. You wore comfortable summertime clothing, loving the occasional gentle ocean spray that misted your face. As you sipped on your drink though, you thought you recognized a face from across the ship. With narrowed eyes you looked past the crowd of people and confirmed that the face indeed belonged to exactly who you thought it was. 

“Coco!” You called out, a bright smile now on your face as you waved to get his attention. 

Coco looked up from where he was sitting when he heard your voice, brightening up as well as he stood up immediately. He did not hesitate to take his food from where he sat and move over to where you were in an instant, incredibly delighted to see you.

“_______!” What are you doing here?” He asked as soon as he reached your table. 

“I was just about to ask you the same thing!” You chuckled. “I myself am on a much needed break. My last hunt didn’t go too well so I decided it was about time I treated myself.” You then elaborated. 

“Oh? What happened? I can’t imagine you ever having trouble with something considering your versatility.” He questioned. 

“Ah it was some lanky bastard with scraggly hair interrupting my hunt. I was pulling down a capture level 700 beast and this dude came out of nowhere and caught me off guard, damn near killing me in the process. I barely dodged his attack but in doing so I lost my catch. He ran away like an absolute coward as soon as I went to go and tear his throat out. Talk about a double loss for me.” You sighed, finishing off your drink. 

“Strange… I can't think of anyone in particular who would be after you for any reason.” Coco pondered, finishing his as well. 

You both simply shrugged, unsure as to who would go out of their way to mess with you. You made a crude joke about the Neo coming for your ass and you both laughed, that realistically being the only plausible explanation. The empty glasses on your table soon attracted a waiter, your table being cleared in seconds and both of your drinks being replaced with a second round. The waiter who came to you bowed a little, his thin figure easily folding as his slightly unkempt hair swept over his face like a shadow. He then stood straight, whisking away the empty cups and plates on his tray without a single word. 

“Well he was a little odd.” You commented, picking up your replenished drink. 

“He had… odd electromagnetic waves.” Coco agreed. “Say… What was the description of the man who tried to kill you on your last hunt again?”

“Tall, medium length messy hair, it was dark too. Just an overall genuine fool I guess.” You described, taking a sip of your drink.

“_______ wait, don’t drink that-!”

Coco didn’t speak soon enough. Almost immediately after you sipped your drink you started to choke on it. Your throat started to seal as your blood began pumping what was obviously a deadly poison through your body, having been rapidly absorbed into your system. You tried to choke out words for help, but Coco didn’t need to be told anything to know he had to get to saving your ass pronto. Just because he knew what was going on though, didn’t mean he knew exactly what to do. He panicked, almost forgetting that he himself was quite literally immune to poison. That panic was thankfully brief, a spur of the moment idea taking over his mind as he grabbed you and placed his lips over yours. Coco then began to draw out the poison from your system with his ability, working on creating some antibodies for you as well. Your cells took in the new substance that was replacing the poison and you writhed in pain for a moment before you overcame the pressure and survived the painful experience. When Coco pulled his lips away from yours, the antibodies he made killed off the remaining toxins in you and adapted, creating a strong immunity for you. You started choking again, but this time your airway had opened, and you finally took in a deep strangled breath. 

“Are you okay?!” Coco asked, supporting your back as you forced yourself to stand. 

“Yeah, yeah, I’m fine. I was only dying inside after all.” You breathed out, leaning on the table with a crude little smirk. 

Coco sighed with relief and laughed a little once he noticed your smirk. “I’m glad. But that server is your attacker hands down. He’s got to go. No mistake.”

“Yeah no shit I guess.” You agreed with a huff, righting yourself with a little stretch. “Call security over. I’ll handle the first part.”

Without any hesitation, you scoped out the server from across the ship, spotting him hiding amongst the crowd. He couldn’t conceal himself from someone like you though. You picked up a plate from a nearby table and flung it at such a high velocity that the air howled as it went, slipping past the heads of everyone else but his before it shattered on the center of his forehead. The shock and impact caused him to fall right over, the cruise security dog piling on him moments later. 

“Nicely done~” Coco complimented with a nod. 

“Thanks.” You grinned. “So… about the way you saved me a few minutes ago… Was that the only way it could’ve been done?” You then asked, sitting on top of the table as he stood before you. 

Coco began to blush a little now, thinking about his method of saving you. “Well, probably not.” He admitted with a dry chuckle. “It was just the first thing I could think of fast enough.”

You smiled, laughing as well. “You’re welcome to do that again any time, you know. I would hope I don’t have to be literally dying inside for you to find a reason to kiss me.” You said cheekily, unable to conceal your light blush. 

Coco then laughed louder, surprisingly amused as he leaned on the table with one hand, his shoulder pressing closer to your own.

 “If you intend that to be an offer, I will gladly take you up on it. I wouldn’t mind, actually.” He hummed.

He then leaned into you all the way, capturing your lips with his in a proper kiss this time, no poison needed. It was a lot sweeter, and far less dramatic; exactly what you were hoping for. The sweetness and softness of his kiss whisked you away and sent your head into the clouds. This was the perfect way to start your getaway cruise, and start a new relationship with an old friend as well.
