With the Mariposa Heist, there had been a lot of planning before hand. Which included scoping out the area the day before, as we see when one of his men was pointed in the saloon, and the fact of programming set aside, Armistice knew exactly where to shoot and who to watch out for. And being prepared meant also making sure that you had enough shots on you. The classic Henry had anywhere between 10-12 rounds each when full. (This is why there was three- all loaded, all ready to shoot.) And when you listen to the scene | HERE | and Armistice picks up what looks like the 45/70, and she shoots exactly 10 rounds before she brings it down and switches to another.
This leaves me to conclude that Armistice had three guns ready each filled with 10 shots, which leaves me assume that she had a total of 30 to about 34 rounds available at her hand. (Not including the ‘sheriffs rifle’ - which by all logic is also her rifle. Which would make it 40)
