So what many people don't realize that being gay has very much become something to define a person in everything that they are. The gay best friend or a slut. And there is also a huge stigma with sex in the gay community, it's been said very much that sex to a straight couple is something beautiful and something to be kept very special while sex in the gay community is described as well flirting. I also hate this stigma and I think it's awful that as gay people we have to live up to these rules

yeah the gay male community in specific is pretty bad and the culture can be pretty gross towards other factions of the lgbtq+ community plus there's the whole historical background we have in the spreading of sti's 

but that's different than judging the people themselves
