HI!! Tysm for asking! Originally they were a gender bent version of these characters.

But that story is kind of dead in the water, so I’m stealing there designs for another idea I’ve been working with.

Basically it’s set in a world where massive storms power everything, the world is made up of multiple layers

With a storm at the center(that powers ships and cities), and floating islands where most of the people live.

There are layers to the floating islands. The islands closest to the storm get powered the most, but bc they’re so dangerous to live in the power gets siphoned upwards.

Basically the rich and wealthy live at the very top islands and steal power from down below.

Eli is a storm chaser. He’s one of the crazy people who live in the storm itself and not on an island. He captures storms for rich people to use to power their houses/cites.

Fish used to be a renowned pilot and explorer who has now defected from the fleet, and he’s joined a band of pirates stealing storms.

They meet when fish’s band of pirates tries to steal from Eli and it doesn’t go well for them lol
