A PDS watch is used for tornado watches in which storms could produce LONG-LIVED, LONG-TRACK intense large tornadoes. VERY UNCOMMON watch. ONLY 3% of tornado watches are PDS watches. WATCHES ARE FOR SOUTHERN GA, SC, DOWN INTO FLORIDA. THIS IS A SERIOUS SITUATION. I can’t count or remember the number of tornado warnings already issued today. ⛈🌪⛈🌪⛈🌪⛈🌪⛈🌪

If you do not have access to a basement, seek shelter in the safest room of the house. A room with little to no windows. Bathrooms can be a great spot. Closets can be good too. Cover yourself with something if possible.
