The Torzhetsan made OPWIN Mk1 Phasna'tor. The Ocrumaht Phasnas Weilon Innsakal Nexphur was an experimental platform to test a sort of 'universal' hull that could be used for many purposes. Lightly armoured but meant as a fighting vehicle, anti-air vehicle, artillery vehicle, personnel carrier, and engineering vehicle. The Project was slow-going, with Prokian oversight hampering progress. The Torzhetsan military leadership was adamant on having a 'homegrown' platform to stop relying on other Western Union export vehicles. It is armoured enough for its job, but cannot take a hit from a dedicated anti-tank weapon. Additional images of the variants are currently unavailable due to Torzhetsan security measures.

Before the last vehicles were abandoned; use in many important events were recorded.
