LA TORRE DELLE STELLE di BORGO UNIVERSO - THE STARS TOWER in BORGO UNIVERSO Una torre del 1300 che si innalza verso "il Sole e le altre stelle" dalla cima di Aielli, borgo nella campagna abruzzese. Storicamente torre di avvistamento a scopo militare, dal 2001 è sede di un osservatorio astronomico e ospita il museo della #Luna. Qui "torreggia" sul mio taccuino di viaggio nel bel mezzo del paese, il cui filo diretto col cielo stellato è rafforzato anche dai molti murales "spaziali" che da diversi anni rivestono e colorano le vie di Aielli attraverso il Festival @borgouniverso che ha portato la streetart internazionale tra i suoi vicoli. Nelle foto alcuni di quelli che mi hanno più colpito. Born as military vieving tower, in the 2001 it became the site of an astronomy observatory and a Space museum dedicated to the #Moon. Here in a personal portrait on my travel sketchbook, realized on the top of the town in the good company of a friend and the "spazial" murales you can find all around the place, made by international artists during the years for the #borgouniverso Festival who brought the streetart in town.
