Canon EOS 250D | 18mm | 1/500s | f/11 | ISO 100 Taken on 25/02/2020. * Repost * Hard to think this photo was taken towards the end of February with the serene sky and the brilliant blue sea. It's also hard to think that this seaside resort was totally deserted; you could hear a pin drop even along the shade-stricken streets. Walking along the quiet, empty seafront, I felt as though the beach belonged to me. No doubt this sunkissed sport is chock-a-block this summer! I took this photo from the Aragonese tower that's a short uphill walk from the seafront. The tower can be dated back to the 16th century and has a circular structure constructed on three levels, boasting breathtaking views like this one. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Torre Melissa can be reached via train on the Sibari–Catanzaro rail line. Astonishingly, I found the train was made up of one carriage. How on earth does this resort cope with heaving holidaymakers during the Easter and summer breaks? ______________________________________ #torremelissa #ig_crotone #calabriadaamare #southitaly #suditalia #click_vision #italia #italy #ilikeitaly #illgrammers #sunkissed #ig_italia #yallersitalia #volgoitalia #vivocalabria #igerscalabria #yallerscalabria #volgocalabria #shotz_of_calabria #italy_ig #calabria_love #amepiaceilsud #turiscalabria #fromabove #seascape #travelblogger #iamatraveler #travelphotography #total_italy #beautifulplaces (at Torre Melissa, Calabria, Italy) https://www.instagram.com/p/CEd0fXMoarX/?igshid=wnsxyb9asb1j
