Okay, so Michael Vey fandom. I'm gonna to rant about a scene in The Hunt for Jade Dragon. The scean where Torstyn literally fried a kid's brain. I don't know who I'm more angry at Torstyn for thinking that hurting a kid for just flirting with Tara is okay. Or the friends for not trying to stop him, and really not caring when the kid was lying on the floor convulsing. I know Quentin made Torstyn stop, but that was after most of the damage was done. This was the scene when I really saw the whole elgen clan, as truly people with no regard for humanity. I don't blame them though. I blame Hatch for making these kids into soliders. I think this scene upset me because I really didn't think about how messed up the scene was to later.
