Ingredients: 1 cup cassava flour. 1/2 cup warm water. 1/2 tsp salt.
Instructions: Mix the salt and cassava flour together in a mixing bowl. Stirring constantly, gradually add warm water until a dough forms. For a few minutes, knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable. Roll the dough into small balls after dividing it into smaller portions. To achieve the desired tortilla thickness, place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin. A nonstick skillet should be heated to medium-high heat. After carefully transferring it to the skillet, cook the tortilla for one to two minutes on each side, or until it is puffy and lightly browned.
