Wanted to satisfy my ToS brain by redoing old concepts from the past (2015), LOL

I think it'd make sense for the jester to drive guilty parties to insanity to the point where they lose all sense of self preservation, which varies from role to role. In this instance, jester incessantly whispers in spy's ear (which... apparently isn't relevant in 2023 ToS anymore bc they axed the whisper ability. Sadge) until he couldn't handle it anymore. His house lights on fire because of the cigarette that fell out his mouth as he screams for the torment to stop.
