Now that I’m six episodes from finishing my rewatch of Black Sails, I’m really starting to get Excited about seeing which of my “theories” pan out in the end. That is to say, since this is a rewatch, I know what happens, but I don’t remember Why it happens, so I have a bunch of Very Specific theories for situations I only recall vaguely regarding character intent.
#honestly. the one thing. if it doesn’t happen for the reason I Think it happens i’m gonna be ://////#well. I mean... more like if it’s for a reason I specifically Don’t want it to be bc I think it’s stupid#as long as it isn’t that - I’m open to letting the show convince me of whatever the hell#yep. this is my life. losing sleep over self-created countertheories that I hate lmaoooo#totally normal stuff here#but honestly though - I am having a good time... 4.03 and 4.04 didn’t quite Hit me like 4.02 did but there is A Lot going on still for sure#sometimes I just wanna skip to the part where this rewatch is over and I know how I feel about all this#but I’ve got this. I can finish this.#the thing I’m most afraid of is being underwhelmed and I think I should know the show well enough by now to know it won’t do that to me#i Should... and yet... I worry...#I want to love it. I do love it. but I want to love it thoroughly and completely#hopefully everything works out#I’m so tired lol#Nighty night - I suppose!
