"There would be absolutely no reason to lie about this. If the Reassembly Machine doesn't fix this, the Sissy Sphere will see the truth come daytime when everybody else is awake and verifies his story."

"I have never pretended to understand why he does anything, though I will go through this if only to prove to him there is nothing wrong." That said, reassembly was coming into view. "I will only need to remind him of how 'unfunny' this is when the others tell me that this was all some kind of joke on his part."

"The Sissy Sphere said he woke up in a strange bed. It's worth asking if that room had mostly the same aesthetic that the Sissy Sphere would choose."

"... others likely have the same taste in aesthetic as I do, whatever he may be implying can be disproven with that simple fact alone."

"It is the furthest thing from a prank. He gives his word on that." Considering how firmly Frick stuck to his promises, Logic ought to believe that, right? It was worth the attempt.

"I have little reason to trust his word." Flirting aside, Logic was still bitter about that breakup. Just how many things had Frick said during their relationship that had been, apparently, lies?

And now he claimed that was years ago, when the only true 'proof' was a different hairstyle. Not buying it.

"It will be two years next month. Something must have happened to damage the Sissy Sphere's memory." Where did androids of this universe store their memories? Frick commented on Logic bumping his head, but it was entirely possible the memories weren't kept there. That would certainly explain the lack of any obvious wound. Worse yet, it could be the work of anons. That there wouldn't be fixed by this trip to the Reassembly Machine.

"That would make no sense. If I was damaged in any way, I would certainly know." Probably. He'd not bothered to really check himself out after first waking up, and who knows what he'd find if he actually had been drunk the night before. He did some weird things when that sort of thing happened.

That was probably a good thing- finding those little spidery cracks at the base of his core would only be cause for panic. Even if they were weeks old at this point, he didn't know that.

"If this is some kind of strange 'prank,' it is far from funny."

Left? When did he leave? He couldn't remember doing so. That as, until it finally clicked in his head that Logic wasn't necessarily talking about leaving a place. It would certainly explain an awful lot. "This Adventure Sphere is curious to know how long the Sissy Sphere believes it's been since... they went their separate ways."

So Frick did remember at least that much. He was really starting to worry, but any memory issues couldn't have been very dire if he remembered at something that recent.

"... Very nearly two months." Not that he'd been counting. At all. Nope. "I still fail to understand why he is back at all. I do not buy the dog excuse."

"He's still not quite certain why it is that the Sissy Sphere believes this Adventure Sphere would be avoiding him." He was trying to review what could possibly be wrong with Logic, what his hand could have to do with it. There was the feeling that something was there that he just couldn't recall; the files were probably corrupted, preventing them from coming up in his search. All he could do for now was start out of the kitchen.

"He seemed to have made a point of avoiding me after he… left. I have been trying for some time to find him and apologize, though I suspect doing so now would be moot."

Logic was quick to follow after him like an obedient puppy (shutting the door behind him quickly enough that the actual obedient puppy wouldn’t follow after them). 

Something really had to be wrong with Frick, unless Logic had been reading into the situation all wrong. Maybe he could convince him to go in for a checkup of his own, as unlikely as that was.

Logic was flirting with him. This was the very definition of the word 'bad'. Something needed to be done, and quickly. "If the Sissy Sphere is so sure he's right, then there would be no harm in coming along to prove it. He should know this facility like the back of his hand, so it's not like anything could go against him."

"Of course, if only to prove him wrong. The Adventure Sphere's insistence on checking my wellness is a fine change, though."

Crazy or confused or not, Logic felt nothing but encouragement. Now Frick was wanting to escort him somewhere! Probably just reassembly, sure, but that was better than the avoidance he'd been getting.

.... he wondered how receptive Frick really was to his flirtation after this time. He must have rethought things at least a little bit. "Though there are some things that could go against me.. I am certain it is an unfounded 'worry,' however." 

At least he was quick to add that last bit.The dog was given a very, very wary look before Logic stood up.

"The Sissy Sphere's definitely hit his head or something." Frick's phone was tucked back into his pocket, the other arm placed Killer down on the ground, and this left him free to head over to Logic. "They should see about fetching the Ugly Sphere and getting this sorted out."

"The Adventure Sphere is the only one here with any sort of head trauma, and I would have to guess that is what drove him to change his appearance so drastically." Might as well throw that out there while he has the chance. Having Frick actually talking to him was a miracle!

"Though, his waning sanity aside, it is far from a bad look for him."

Killer waddled up to greet his owner, who responded by pulling his feet up onto the loveseat. The dog was given a very wary pat.

"He does not need to make up people in order to cover for any damages he has endured in his time away. "
