LET GO
Day 83 of 365 Stop trying to control everything. People. Memories. The Past. Holding yourself back. Whatever you are holding onto the most let it go. It is one of the hardest things to do. I have trouble letting go of things good and bad. I have to view this thing I’m clinging onto has no meaning to me anymore or it won't help me anymore, and then I am able to let go of it. Two years ago in 2021 was the 1st time I did restricted environmental stimulation therapy float and for the 1st time I was able to let go and be comfortable with it.
