When you created the human race
Your darling precious dolls

A part of the very immense power that once created us
Resides in each of us
The power to create life
The power to see truth through a fog of lies
The power to create a destiny
You may be the Almighty Lord whose Will determines the course of each of our lives
But you also gave us free will
The power to make our own decisions
And what does a God love better than to test the very weaknesses
The flaws, he created in his own master plan
To fuck with us, testing us and pushing us right to our limits
Daring us to see your one true secret
Your one true weakness
The one thing left undiscovered by so many
But I see your weakness
In creating us you gave us the very power we need to overcome you
To surpass your greatness
You thought you limited us to the Earth we were born to
And that by getting to roam the heavens, you therefore had more power than us
But you also gave us each the power to enter the heavens,
One single chance
That leaves our human bodies on this planet
But a part of us must travel that incredible distance
The part of us deserving of the heavens
Our physical bodies are not deserving of the heavens
They are weak
Too weak to contain the immensity of our souls
In the depth of our souls you planted the seed of faith we have in you
And throughout our lives you test us
You dig at us
You knock us down
Daring us to allow that faith to grow
Some give way under the intensity of your trials
Often mistaken as cruelty
You give each person the chance to strengthen their faith
And in return their souls
But instead, for some
Their faith in you withers away in their souls
Leaving a scar
A darkness
You do not rejoice in the sacrifice of one of your precious children
But you do not suffer from it either
Not the way we, eventually, do
But those few of us,
Those rare few
That you have tested over
And over
And over again
Somehow we make it through
Our faith blossoms under the rays of your appreciation
