TRINKET BAG MAKER

exactly what it says on the tin, plays exactly like the other games on girlsgogames.com or dolldivine or whichever one it was that i played on every weekend before i was old enough to figure out how to sign up for animal jam. not bad but idk how they'll get people to pay for it if it's any pricier than like a dollar

CREATURE CREATION STATION

exactly what it says on the tin, furry mii maker. i made aegis in it and he runs around funny. unless they put more in idk how they'll get people to pay any more than like $2 for it though

SHANTYTOWN

REALLY CUTE cyberpunky town-building puzzle game where you gotta cram all the buildings and utilities they need (plus some decorations~) into a tiny space. i had a ton of fun with this one, might pick it back up later to fiddle around in the sandbox mode. i was also getting the occasional freeze but i also did not have to fiddle with my settings to get it to run bearably and the game looks really nice. one of the highlights of this nextfest i think

BOBO BAY

exactly what it looks like on the tin, a chao garden clone. it, too, looks kind of like a dreamcast game, but after a while it became a little endearing. i played this one for a while but i don't think it's my speed. i'm sure some sonic adventure fans are super excited for this one though and more power to them

FEATHER LAND

0/10 the robin-looking eggs did not give me robins so i couldn't tell my friend named robin about the robins. /j but it's an idle game and also isn't really my speed. the birds are also really really small on the screen

RHELL: WARPED WORLDS AND TROUBLED TIMES

i was actually really excited for this one!!! i've seen a bit of the devlog here on tumblr and it looks like SUCH A FUN PUZZLE GAME. unfortunately idt the optimization is quite there yet because the frames were absolutely unbearable to the point where i couldn't make it past the tutorial and i was SO SAD

LITTLE CHEF: COZY COOKING

only a little more complex than trinket bag maker. shove stuff in the pot and collect the monstrosities you can cook up. i got bored of this one kind of quick

ANNIHILATED

THIS ONE WAS SO GOOD. card-battler roguelike focused on stealing weapons and getting yourself and one member of a doomed party out of the dungeon. i went with the guy that could only say yes or no and they made HIM interesting and likeable, so i'm excited to see the rest and how this game keeps going.

DRAGON CARE TAROT

i fed a dragon a blueberry pie, flew it around a bit, and it gave me a tarot reading. that was kind of it. somewhat calming but not a very long demo. the art reminds me of a cute TV show, though. no complaints there

CAT ISLE

build a restaraunt on a little island and mess with the island until the army of sushis (they are all black cats) on it like it. reminded me of a mobile game called happy street i had on my kindle when i was 2. it was ok
