Philippe my friend and I are curious: what’s your favorite food and would you like pork steaks and or roast beef
I’m a sucker for a good croque madame. It’s pretty indulgent for me. It’s like a Unovan grilled cheese taken to the next level. It’s got ham inside, and bechamel sauce and a fried egg on top. I like my egg over medium, so it’s got a jammy yolk.
Between pork steaks and roast beef, I’d take the roast beef, but you wouldn’t catch me complaining about either. Beef’s definitely my meet of choice. A nice, juicy, rare steak is right up my alley. But roast beef is still good, of course.
