Feel the wall. Examine its temperature and moisture. Take notes about many different walls. // 1963 autumn
Touch
- Talks about SA
Never shall I forget.
The way he touched me.
I still feel it in my soul.
He tapped me and I was inviting.
He asked if I was okay.
But he tapped me again.
He touched my thigh.
I froze, I didn't know what to do.
His hand slowly rose up.
Then he let go.
I still feel his touch on my leg
He touched my shoulder.
It could've been an accident.
But he lingered too long.
I want it to have been an accident.
He walked with me home.
My heart was pounding.
I wanted to get home and cry.
Why would I freeze up?
I wanted to fight.
He tapped me on the bus.
I've felt his touch almost everyday.
I can feel it in my soul.
Never shall I forget.
