I see, well not only are animals hurt horribly in the process but people in other countries are treated unfairly and not fed due to our dairy and meat industry. A cow will only produce milk for her baby. She is artificially inseminated (raped) and once she delivers her calf the baby is taken away for either veal or to become a dairy cow. Male chicks are ground up alive because they are useless to the egg industry. So many things are hurt because of your diet.

Excuse me? I've been a vegetarian for five years, I've protested against KFC and I donate to PETA monthly. I only buy biological eggs and I'm pretty sure the industry you're talking about is illegal in my country. I very much support your cause and I think it's great you've made the choice to be a vegan, but please don't try to guilt-talk me into it without even knowing my background.

Why aren't you a vegan?

Why am I not a vegan? Gosh, I don't know. I don't really want to, I suppose. I like eggs and milk and no one has to die for stuff like that, so I don't see the harm.
