Why I hate the Voltron Fandom
I'm going to say this first, if you are sensitive to suicide, please don't read this.
With this, the Voltron fandom is something that can be a good place to talk about a wholesome show. But, the vocal minority have gone too out of control.
I can't tell anyone how many times while roleplaying a Female Keith that I have been told to kill myself. Sadly, there is no screenshots on me because I didn't know how to screenshot. But, it was several people. For a while, it was while I was in a depressed state. I almost did end it because of the amount and the severity. It was mainly for either playing a female Keith or the ships I wanted to RP. To make it clear, I do not ship Klance. I think it would be too toxic of a relationship. I prefer either Sheith or Keitor because of the tension and the buildup. I've actually shipped Keith and Lotor since I watched the 80's Voltron.
If I keep on going, I'd be here all night. So, due to the many incidents and the toxic shipping wars, I do not consider myself in the fandom anymore.
