TOUHOU REDRAW 2: Cirno

Another character i changed the design a little, hehe. I tried to do a Houseki no Kuni-styled hair and make cirno more "cold-like" but also energectic, with her hair, ears, dress details and eyelashes being spiky. Shes also posing front to assert dominance and challenge someone to a battle that she is likely going to lose

I'll actually give a little bit of lore for my rendition of her: Her equivalent of Rumia EX is a highly dangerous shapeshifting shadow demon. That bow is screwed into her to constrain her to a mostly humanoid form as well as making her less animalistic.
