Yesterday I brewed a mixed fermentation beauty named Isabella, named after the grape must we used at the end of boil... Prepared a L. rhamnosus starter from probiotic pillz about a week ago, and I love the pineapple flavor it produces. It's chugging along quite nicely less than 24 hours later, and I'm pretty damn excited to see how it turns out. Will be dry-hopped once ferm has halted, but haven't decided with what yet.
