well i use weapon loosely so much as its something she can use in combat to defend herself or actively attack others

but it also could be??? bc her fingers could be her weapon. she detached her foot so its clear somethings wrong with her, she doesnt have a complete form? many have suggested that shes defective or her gem was sanded and shes unable to project a complete form and has to have tangible prosthetic limbs. shes an odd case to say the least, its possible her weapon is her fingers, or that she needn’t summon one (or perhaps can't?) bc she has the plasma cannon thing built into her arm.

her fingers have many uses and we already know some gem weapons (esp homeworld) are unconventional. lapis has her wings which seem to sprout from her gem, but they cant really be used offensively. we have yet to see her properly summon a weapon. jasper has a... weaponised pompadour. also in Sworn to the Sword when we see pearl getting repeatedly poofed by others during battle, theres three different types of weaponry shown - a tangible weapon, a gem weapon, and an energy weapon. to be exact its a lightning strike. it wouldnt be too far of a stretch to say peridots weapon could at least be the plasma cannon thing?

either way, i dont think shes ever shot that thing before
