When ICE kidnaps people often it’s from their cars. ICE just leaves the car where it is, in a lot, on the street, often open and unlocked. They don’t give a shit if it gets stolen or vandalized.
So a guy who runs a small towing company has taken it upon himself to start returning these cars to the families free of charge. Often they had no way of getting the car back, sometimes they were not even sure where the car was.
