Been reading a lot of articles on Medium about dealing with narcissistic abusive folks and the best way to counter them is to starve them of attention.

Toxic parents love attention and are not so different from bullies so the moment you act indifferent towards their bullshit and occasionally speak up and checkmate them with sarcasm when they lie especially whenever you are in public, the more alarmed and confused they become.

Had a nightmare last night. Thank goodness mum did not ask. Hope she does not bring it up but knowing that woman, she will go tell those her stupid fake Alfa friends in the hopes they can intervene and exorcise whatever demon possessed me. Lil FYI: She was born a Christian but converted to Islam after marrying dad and now intends to be a Christian once she moves to her new home. People will see through her eventually anyways.

As for the nightmare itself, it was about mum. It was late at night and I was sleeping and this woman walks in, strangles me for a moment then throws me onto the ground and begins to beat the shit out of me and even tries to suffocate me. I was groaning in my sleep and mum tapped my shoulder to wake me up and went back to sleep. I could not sleep well after that.

Now she intends to call my older sister in the UK. I have a bad feeling that she intends to cost me a job.
