after watching The Giggle and not watching any of the behind-the-scenes stuff, I'm not actually sure whether or not they're calling him just The Toymaker now because of the somewhat strained racist interpretation of "celestial," or they just think it sounds cooler without the adjective

(it doesn't. Almost nothing sounds cooler as just The Noun, actually. It works for renegade Time Lords and pretty much no one else)

but if I'm wong and it really is the obsolete slur thing, then I think that it's extremely funny(/extremely unfortunate) that the Doctor's peace-brokering speech ended with "we could be celestial."
