I listened to The Black Tapes before Tanis, so when I started the first episode and I heard the music for the intro I could have sworn it was Nic singing.

Like he was so damn excited he got his own show that they were like “so why don’t we find a song that would go well for the start of the show?” and Nic’s like “No, I’ve already got one.” and drops his mixtape on the desk

or Alex walks into a room to record for the black tapes without realizing Nic’s in there singing and she’s just like

“Your show was approved like an hour ago and you already had a song prepared?”

And he stutters like “No... yes.  Please don’t tell anyone.”
