I think it's cute that you can give the riders in Kirby Air Riders little hats.
I don't know if I have much else to add, it's just a nice touch I didn't really expect.

One of the tonal things I like in Skullgirls is that the characters are like Darkstalkers or Blazblue in that traumatic events or curses happen to them in their stories and then in gameplay they do this.
Part of me thinks that Nadia had a gut feeling that her Skullheart wish wouldn't be worth it all along and her short chat with Marie just helped her finalize her decision to destroy the heart instead.
Another part of me thinks it's funnier she went through her entire story mode not changing her mind until she had to do that boney boss battle bullshit.
I feel like the Poker Night at the Inventory character choices are the kind of picks perfectly and only made by dudes with Telltale money and collab connections with 2010s bullshit that I feel a lot of fanpicks wouldn't go for.
Feels slightly corporate and yet fitting with good chemistry. If Poker Night 2 didn't exist I don't think anyone would be making character tables with Brock Samson, Claptrap and Ash Williams in it with what I've seen.
I don't think I'd have any good picks either though because they'd just be other semipopular characters I like with no connective tissue.
Thinking more about Skullgirls. I played some of the story modes recently and it feels like she got more friendly interactions with characters outside of Lab 0 than in it.
Most of my Fukua and Robo-Fortune ideas to interact with Painwheel are practically pure fan-canon.
It's so funny to me that she talks more with Umbrella than she does with Robo or Fukua, it really does feel like any Lab 0 character unofficial character stuff is fans doing creative writing exercises. Also uh sprite editing is ROUGH let me tell you.
Finished DMC2 - Devil May Cry 2. I like Dante and Lucia. I haven't beaten hard mode yet, but I'm not really in a rush.
It's not the worst game in the world. I've played worse games. I had fun. That being said, I have seen criticisms before going into this, and upon playing the game for myself, I 100% see why people don't like this game.
I wanted to play Kingdom Hearts again because I felt in the mood but it's been a while. I don't remember Sora shouting as he woke up on Destiny Islands in the intro? Really startled me after that foreboding beginning sequence...
On one hand, I think if you started playing the Splatoon series from the Switch era onwards I think you got the better deal. I liked aspects of the Wii U time but it kinda sucked overall and I have bad memories in and out of video games back then.
On the other hand, it was one hell of an experience playing the first Splatoon that I wouldn't take back.
