I don't really know why I'm still Byleth on these accounts. I did this to spite some random guy who said that no one would have Byleth profile pictures back in like 2020. There are others who like Three Houses more than I do and I'm not really a Fire Emblem or Smash account.

I need to change to something fitting again someday.

I wanted to draw Maddie / Pink when I finally got around to her in Deltarune and after some time. Got lucky and was only half-spoiled a day after launch.

I really like that she's here and I think it's really funny that she shows up just...like that. Like she's here. There she is.

Okay I know I have other problems with Splatoon but I think it's really silly they finally gave Splatoon players an option to skip the newscast 'except' during the time-sensitive gamemode.

I know it'd PROBABLY has to do with them being out and about but c'mon.

I'm glad that there are so many new fans of Splatoon because everytime I come back to this game I think of the old group of friends and people I know who used to really like the game.

And almost *EVERYONE I knew from the Wii U era is just tapped out on the game.

My personal hypothesis is this:

Everyone just found better things to do. Like it feels like the Wii U was the great separating point and everyone who started with Splatoon 1 was split through several forks on a metaphorical river.

There's the whole, "buy a new console" for Splatoon 2 & 3, then there's actually sticking with the game after you buy it, and that's not even accounting for if people just lost interest naturally and found other things that interested them more.

There's also growing older, or the gameplay changes in the newer Splatoon games, all sorts of things. I just saw it WAY more with Wii U Splatoon owners.

Probably more personal experience since I'm sure this happened with Splatoon 2 and 3 to an extent too.

I'm a little bummed about it, but I am playing Splatoon 3 again and thinking about how much less in-tune I am with the community now.

Kinda just feels like I'm going through the motions now keeping up with this series and that's probably 1 part of it

The Roaring Knight is genuinely strong, but for some reason I get similar vibes from 'those' Spies in TF2 pubs that get a good backstab spree and annihilate your team until the second someone switches to Pyro and spychecks like once.

I've seen several casual pub Spies just quit, not even change classes. I don't think that's gonna happen in Deltarune but I get the feeling that there's probably going to be a point where the knight's eventually gonna get "spychecked".

Like, there'll be a point where they will *have* to fight at some kind of disadvantage and I'm curious to see what the aftermath will be.

It's weird though, because I kinda liked the aim range the Wii U Gamepad gave Zero even if it's less realistic than shooting in the direction the Arwing is flying in.

I do think that the Star Fox 2026 did good with making the motion / mouse controls optional and easy to switch.

Carol sketches! Because I draw Fukua and Robo-Fortune but not Painwheel as much as I should.

She has a whole section on her face model sheet called "the moe" and I think that's a very important thing to consider when drawing her.

The new Star Fox is good. That's probably the least surprising thing I can say about it.

Like...yeah, it's about exactly what you expected. I think the multiplayer was fun and I like the challenge mode. Cutscenes are neat. But the core experience is exactly what you think it is. Good.

Although my opinion is that regardless of what happens I still think it's silly to name the newest entry in a series "Star Fox". Same thing all over again with Sonic, Punch-Out, Mortal Kombat.
