In between fics I have been working on some headcanons, like this one, for your reading pleasure. :) It's some bedtime/sleeping arrangement scenarios feat. you and our favorite murderous companions. <3 It’s dedicated to all the sleepy individuals out there that just want to hit the hay and snooze the day away-I feel you and you are valid. Also there is a bonus plushie headcanon for each character because why not! If you don’t have at least stuffed creature on your bed, this is your sign to love yourself. · Exceptionally clingy when he sleeps. Honestly like a suction cup. Regardless of if he’s the little or big spoon, he’ll be latched to you the whole night. Wiggle and complain as much as you like, he’s not relinquishing his hold.

· Even if you two are just taking a little nap together, he always has to have some kind of skin contact with you. Holding hands, cuddling, a limb draped over you, something. He needs the reminder that you are there and that you aren’t going anywhere, he can’t sleep peacefully without it.

· He’s warm. Too warm, really. Uncomfortably warm. In winter this poses no problem, but during the summer it’s nearly unbearable. You need to crank the AC to keep yourself from melting into a puddle of sweat, but the added cold only makes him cling to you tighter, increasing the heat. He doesn’t seem to mind the warmth at all and takes offense if you try and voice your irritation, giving you an earful (if not worse) over how you need to be more grateful for the affection he douses you with, warning that if you don’t watch yourself, next time it snows you’ll be camping outside with nothing but the clothes on your back. We’ll see how much you miss his warmth then.

· He’s a night owl, but he also somehow always wakes up before you do. It’s not uncommon for you to be awoken by an eager beastkin shoving a homemade breakfast in your face, excited to start his day with his love by sharing breakfast in bed with you and watching anime. <3

· Though sometimes he gets a little too excited in the morning, and if that’s the case you’ll be waking up to a very handsy man pawing at you, kissing any and every place his lips can reach, pressing himself against you so you can feel just how excited he is. It’s a good thing you are in bed because by the time he’s done you’ll be so worn out you’ll need some more rest. ^^;

· Also, he is an avid fan of plushies. If you also collect them your bed is going to be 90% plushies and he is 100% going to use that as an excuse to be squeezed on the bed with you as close as physically possible so as you all can have room. None of them are allowed on the floor, no man is left behind, and he’ll make sure you all fit whether it is comfortable or not.

Below are my dumbest BTD/TPOF/YKMET headcanons. These make sense but only if you're dumb as hell like me:

Lawrence doesn't actually like plants. He's a millennial, and he heard somewhere that taking care of plants is something they do. He tried it to fit in and just couldn't stop.

MC going to a bar, not ordering anything, taking a nap, and refusing to interact with anyone except to ask them for the time proves they are the craziest character in BTD2.

Strade treats his streams as his video diary. He's tried to lose his beer belly, but each time he mentions it, his viewers spam, "noooooooo don't do it your so sexy haha".

With his suit and tentacles, Rire takes a different form on the Internet: Slenderman. Why does he have a face while Slenderman doesn't? I don't know 😎

Sano isn't actually trying to kill us. He's just a really bad doctor.

Ren has definitely stuck his tail between his legs, pretending it was his pp. He stopped when Strade walked in on him doing it. Strade just backed out of the room without saying anything. It's a secret both will take to their graves.

Has Vincent sniffed Farz's butt? Multiple times? I'm not sure. But considering this is my headcanon, my guess is absolutely.

Cain obsessively watches atheist vs. Christian debates on YouTube.

Derek hyped up MC to the rest of the desert crew to an absurd degree. According to him, we have three life sentences, a steel plate in our skull, and required a dozen tranquilizers to transport. When all of that is obviously false, and the desert crew question him on it, he denies saying any of that.

The closest Celia has come to killing someone at her workplace was an intern trying to leave the elevator she was trying to get on. They did the thing where two people accidentally step in each other's way like five times before said intern broke down into tears.

Mason once killed a deer by headbutting it. I saw it happen. Shit was crazy.

The only time Fox got in legal trouble was when he had the Madoka Magica theme playing in the background of his streams. He got slapped with a copyright strike.

The survival endings for TPOF all happened to one person. Not one person in multiple AUs or timelines. The same person in one timeline.

1. MC gets auctioned

2. They get sent to one of the big four.

3. MC survives.

4. They get picked up by Fox's thugs and sent back to step 1. Just one person having the shittiest week ever.

now about those headcanons.....

She's a dog person, preferably big dogs too, but they're also girl dogs. She likes how scary they make her feel and she would let them sleep in her bed, but Harold never let her get one because there would be "no point"

Celia has some nights where she'll wake up randomly but instead of going back to sleep, she'll stare at the ceiling in silence. If she can spare the time, she'll go and visit her pet, wear them down until she's tired herself out. If not, she'll get a cup of coffee and go through work documents

If she's in a bad enough mood, she will purposefully ruin/lose things handed into her and then blame the employee for it. if they try and complain or argue with her, the punishment just gets worse, or their potentially fired

Celia had the potential to be a writer but abandoned her passion very early on in life to pursue something financially secure. Old stories lost to time and locked away somewhere not even she remembers.

She's swims! Usually if not always in her private pool, but she finds it as a way to decompress as well as exercise. She'll float in there with her eyes shut until Harold's grating voice snaps her back into reality.

My Jack headcanons (again...)

Jack has worked in the Toronto drug squad or vice unit for over 20 years. On the surface, he's the ideal "gray cardinal" of the precinct: he doesn't angle for a leadership position, doesn't play the hero, and doesn't mess up the paperwork. His clearance statistics are solidly average. He stays in the shadows deliberately, because numbers that are too good attract Internal Affairs' attention, while numbers that are too bad put his professional competence in question. His tactic: he gives up the "small fish" to cover for the major dealers who pay him off. Once a month, he conducts a "showcase" arrest that's handed down from above as a departmental success. These arrestees are usually people who tried to rip him off or rip off the dealers he shields.

Jack isn't suicidal, but he doesn't cling to life either. He's convinced he'll die either of a heart attack at 60 (like most coke users his age) or out on a hunt. But not at his victim's hands—from his own mistake. The only thing he respects as an adversary is death itself.

Jack never officially takes vacation time. He always frames his "vacations" as training trips or participation in seminars on cold cases in the US. Thanks to connections among his corrupt colleagues, his cover story is flawless. Around the precinct, he's known as a grim workaholic who "takes on the dirtiest paperwork." In reality, he's just making sure his name never comes up in connection with any disappearances.

Jack has ageusia (reduced taste sensitivity), or a psychosomatic manifestation of it brought on by suppressed emotions. He eats as bland as possible: plain oatmeal, boiled chicken with no salt, tasteless protein bars. The only exception is extremely hot sauce, which he adds not for flavor but for the burning sensation that mimics pain.

Jack has no friends—only "business partners" and "assets." Fellow cops in his corruption network might find him useful, but they avoid inviting him to family barbecues. Everyone is instinctively uncomfortable around him, despite his Canadian politeness and perfectly practiced smile (which never reaches his eyes). He doesn't go to bars with the guys to drink beer; if he needs to have a drink with someone, it happens in an empty VIP room of a strip club, where he talks business, not life.

He only wears clothes that don't make him stand out from the crowd. All his clothes are dark or gray tones, without patterns or logos—allowing him to stay invisible on surveillance cameras and not be remembered by witnesses. The pockets of his civilian clothes are always lined with Kevlar thread so that knives won't cut through the fabric.

some random headcannons for Derek Goffard!!

a lot of Derek's obsession with murder and hurting others is deep-rooted in his already pressured life and ego to be perfect in the eyes of his rich business peers, and family, chipping away at his once assumedly strict and demanding life and showing the unbridled rage and urge to hurt brewing inside of him for years like a strand of hair he couldn't get to slick back in his already gel coaked hair before a corporate meeting, or being told by his father and his piece of shit butler his teeth were becoming yellow from his drinking and drug parties, slowly cutting his mask away like the tooth brush against his bleeding gums,

he loved watching violent action movies as a kid, including horror of the gorey genre like Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Funny Games, or the classic Slasher movies, seeing the cute blonde get her torso gutted by some tall looming psycho with a knife, or the buffed out war torn vet shooting up cops or enemies of war made him feel powerful when he had nothing to feel for even with all his money and cars, drugs, and expensive hookers, as if the films were a omen to come for his eventual actions, he could have whatever he wanted! so who cares if a few nobodys go missing? The cops would never catch him anyway, he has the police's pockets well-fed with his father's money

his iconic red bandana and face makeup were inspired by the Rambo movies he even got to rip the throat out of some sniffling bitch he caught on one of his chases he didn't use his bare hands of course like Rambo did in the movie he used a knife but..still, it made him feel just like him

Derek always had the luxury of doing what he wanted when he wanted. sure, he had a dedicated schedule for when he needed to conduct business, but he still maintained his condescending and crude attitude even with those who had worked for him. However, even with this freedom, there was boredom. He's done it all, so if you're lucky enough to become his pet expect being treated like an animal both figuratively and literally, having to comfort him while he sobs through sniffled drunken tears and stuttering rage as he curses his father for how he raised him or wallowing bitterly on his strict controlled life, but having you under his feet, your knees bruised, licking at his boots stained with your own blood from him kicking you to praise him, in this moment, he is powerful,

sometimes when he was a child he’d see his father kick and beat the butler that didn't cook or clean as advised or the assistant who couldn't do their job as his father expected, he never knew his mother, nor what happened to those his father treated that way, even to him some nights when his father was drunk or bored but even if he could, he knew deep down his father had something to do with that, but never knowing her really, he didn't care much about it nor question it his own ego stopping him from looking anyone but his own hurt that was brought upon his rigid family

even with his massive ego, attitude, and selfish tendencies he still is someone you would most likely have a great conversation with in the outside world while being prone to lie on occasion, he is a extrovert which allows him to spin any narrative he likes to new people to make them do what he wants their easy to control that way, all while doing it with a perfectly white rooted smile, because of this, Derek has a tendency to assume he is close with someone even if that person is aware of his impulsive behavior and in extremely rare moments he’d almost even show kindness to some mostly when he was drunk, and his inner emotions couldn't hide, maybe sometimes he’ll toss a ragged blanket at you as you try to sleep chained to the wall of his spotless penthouse or buying you something he’d see you peer at when he was on his phone

all of his brothers treated each other like they were anything but family to them it was all a competition to see who could have the most control in power even as children his father would pin them against each other as a means to make them grow callous and cutthroat Derek never had any love for his kin, and he is certain he never will

loves sea food like oysters, red lobster, or caviar he always saw it as the food of the elite..that, or a well-cooked steak or burger on his occasional cheat day when he worked out the rare times he would be able to cram that in his already busy day of partying, business meetings, and having his time with you

one of the first things he did to get back at his father's treatment towards him was dye his hair blonde a stark contrast to his family's notorious brown hair, his father told him it looked terrible and almost forced him to change it back threatening to use legal force ie; not letting him receive a sum his fathers company funds eventually his father conceded and accepted it still bitterly reminding him of it on occasion

even with him being a new member of the ‘club’ and doing these human hunts for fun he can't help but see himself as the main character in the narrative sometimes barking demands at the other people lucky enough to commit these gruesome acts with him or threatening them with his money and status as a means to keep them afraid and in check

Although I really love the idea of Derek being some sort of canine beastkin (gives us the opportunity to put him on a leash!!) I 100% believe he’d be some sort of cat. Think about it. With the way he is? He already seems the type to knock shit off of counters just to annoy people- but as a feline beastkin, all of his preexisting asshole behaviors would be amped up by a million.
