I still have most, if not all, the submissions that we've gathered so far but I have to stop telling myself "I'll get to it eventually" if I haven't touched it or contacted anyone in years. The song is also too ambitiously long so that's on me haha.

I'm so sorry everyone! It was a great and fun project but I'm not in touch with Tumblr nor the TPoH community in forever and I'm not able to complete what I had intended.

A small preview of a sequence from my still-not-done TPoH PMV part, which I’ve just took from Photoshop and put together. I didn’t expect OpenToonz to distort some gradients. I’ll have to redraw those parts. In other news, the rest of my video is still an animated sketch, but I’ll try to finish until summer ends. I’ll really try to do it in time.=(

Dear TPoH fans and Contributors!  I have risen from the dead and am RESURRECTING the TPoH AU PMV MAP project! 

I’m sorry I’ve been away for so long! I believe the last time I was really online was some time in 2017. and that is OVER a YEAR ago. I’m so sorry! 

But I’m back and I want to be dedicated to getting this PMV continued and eventually completed! I’m so sorry its been abandoned for sooooo long!

I still have all my notes [thank you Google Drive] and all the videos that were submitted before. (Except I’ve lost one file and I’m still looking for it. Please wish me luck!... yikes)

2. Getting back on track:

I’ve sent messages by Tumblr IM to all of the potential contributors from before. I look forward to hearing from you if you haven’t responded yet! <3 

The basic message being: “I'm reviving the project and I was wondering if you may have finished your section of the project ^^ if not, that's also ok and I just want to know if you would like me to continue to hold your spot.”

No pressure or anything! I for one know when life knocks the wind out of you, ya sometimes just can’t commit to a side project. Let me know if you want or need to bow out and there’s no shame in it! <3

(I'm terribly sorry for sending this twice.I'm afraid if the first one didn't get through) Hi Mahotou, I'm Erica Lea. I want to join the TpoH PMV/MAP. Can I have the section from 0:05:41 to 0:06:13?. I want to do the scene from kykyl25's fanfic titled "Negative" where Negative is pinning down RGB until the part where Negative grasp RGB's hand.I'll submit with colored images.I'm currently busy with things but I hope to finish it in the end of September. You can do the check-in on 22 September.

(Hello. This is Maho from September 2020 editing this post. I have to close this PMV project as I cannot handle continuing it. -as made evident by my 3 year hiatus on it and dropping off of tumblr entirely for too long without a word.- I apologize to everyone that has submitted to this project and I’m so very proud of all of you. Hello everyone! Thank you for your patience and I’m excited to finally announce SIGN UP is OPEN for our 2nd TPoH PMV!!!

Here’s A Quick Summary Below! (but read the Guidelines before signing up!)

What is this? This is the second TPoH PMV/MAP project organized by @mahotou​ The song we will use is Masterpiece Theatre III by Marianas Trench [youtube link] PMV/MAP stand for Picture Music Video/Multiple Artist Project.

PMV meaning the contributing artists don’t have to animate their artwork frame-by-frame. Transparent foreground images can slide/move or use Ken Burns effects (Pan/Tilt/Zoom/etc.) to emulate motion.

Important things to note!!:

This PMV will revolve around TPoH Fanfictions and Alternate Universes (AUs)!  (if something you want is missing tell me and let me get permission from the author for it’s use in this PMV.)

There is NO DEADLINE! 

If you can draw full colored fanart then you can join! 

Submissions are allowed as Video, Art or Storyboard!

You may submit multiple times!

You must read the Full Guidelines [link] before sign-up! It has details that will answer most questions!

Also! Russian submission are allowed! If you don’t speak English well, my russian friend @lonelydragoness is able to help!

How do I sign up!?

Tell me your screenname/tumblr url you want to be credited as.

Tell me what section of the song you want [timestamp to timestamp].

Tell me what AU or Fanfic you will be doing. Please look at my list here for available AUs and Fanfictions you can use. (please look at the guide if you have questions)

Tell me what’s the scene you’d like to draw for your part.

Tell me how you will submit your part? [video, colored images, or storyboard?]

Give me a “check-in date”. (Because there is no deadline, I’ll just want a date to say “Hi!” and “How’s your progress?”)

Send me any questions you have.

I’ll reply saying if you got the part and I will reserve it for you on my lyric sheet. If you ask for a part that’s already been taken I will tell you ASAP and you will need to choose a different part or scene.

Please do me a favor and like and reblog this post until it has at least.. i dunno... 20 to 30 notes on it? it may be enough to make it ‘popular’ enough for tumblr to recognize it in the search immediately.
