Laurel

The next on the list of the Accursed is Laurel. So far, Berry-Breath and Rainslide’s draw backs haven’t been so visible as Laurel’s missing fur, but such is the way of this Accursed bloodline!

Laurel is a kind soul despite everything she’s been through. A great mother who will do anything to protect her kits. Subconsciously she feels guilty for even having kits, knowing full well that they will be born missing chunks of their fur much like herself even if they don’t bare the mark.

Laurel lost most of her ears to frost bite, but surprisingly has managed to keep all her toes.

The Dark Trail Left Behind

Trail here is the Director of the Tracker Sector. Said to have the greatest sense of smell beyond that of any cat, nothing gets past him! As one of the Inner Circle, he often reports back to the leader of the Citadel, but sometimes he doesn’t report everything.

As for his personality? He can be a kind and caring guy, but also he can be the sort of guy to throw another cat under a bus (or I suppose, train or horse drawn carriage). Often looking out for himself and trying his best to remain a Director even if it means hurting others to keep it that way.

Fun fact: I made a brush in Procreate just for his stripes. Now I have an nice brush to use for all the stripy babies to come.
