Whumper weekly, Collar series: Tracker

Whumpees that are new or rebellious tend to do everything in their power to undermine, rebel, and disrespect. They would even go as far as to try to escape, and we don’t want that, do we? To keep a whumpee such as this contained, you have two options: a tracker, or limiting their mobility.

This article focuses on the first option for whatever reason the whumper chooses.

We recommend that the whumpee be unaware that the collar is a tracking collar or that the collar is also a modified shock collar that they cannot remove on their own. This is a useful tool for recapture if your whumpee attempts escape. The shock aspect will be an effective deterrent, while the subtle tracking abilities will slip from the whumpee’s attention if they get out since removing a collar will not be their first priority. If a whumpee has a team, you may fit the whumpee with a subtle tracking collar and let them escape to lead you right to their base and the rest of their team. The shock collar can also be set up to react to a boundary, where it will continuously shock the whumpee after they’ve crossed any borders, effectively making escape impossible.

Unusually Heavy DOR In LA

One day before our wedding, the parasites hit LA as hard as possible and the air looked thick with “smog,” even over the ocean. Even so, the mood in LA was not diminished by the dirty looking air. Only when driving did people seem particularly DORized, but that’s very common now, since every car has at least one cell phone and GPS system controlling its driver.

On the satellite view you can see Southern California making quick work of transmuting the DOR, and the air is clearing. The planned heatwave has been completely undone, with a high of 76 forecast for tomorrow in central LA. This evening, there has been a significant lifting of the DOR. By tomorrow, I anticipate clear energy and clean skies.
