Ooh what a lovely reading. 2.5kg down from last Monday too, lots of inflammation gone and I’m feeling so much better already. I still tracked my macros over the weekend and did one hour on the bike last night, Saturday was a rest day. I’m finding after a beasting hiit session like Friday morning I’m absolutely wiped out the following day. Four months on from neutropenic sepsis it goes to show how long an illness like that takes to recover from. Still got 4 weeks until the beach so here’s to keeping up the good work.
