BBC reports that Microsoft also had to change its cloud name from SkyDrive to OneDrive. Livescribe also had to pull out its product called the “Sky pen” from UK stores after they’ve received a legal challenge from the broadcaster.

It sounds fairly similar to what the small Chinese corporations are doing with Apple. However, Sky has trademarked the word and it is by no means a small company.

The new launch date was pushed back to August 9 in the US and the next day in the UK.

They also point out that advanced ships seem to be faster than the ones currently available. The speed registered on the footage went up to 3000u, which is twice that of the usual speed we see in gameplay videos.
