Ingredients: 2 tablespoons finely ground Turkish coffee. 1/3 cup cold water. 1-2 teaspoons sugar optional.
Instructions: In a special Turkish coffee pot called a cezve, mix coffee, cold water, and sugar, if you want. After a good stir, put it on low heat and don't stir it again. Take it off the heat when the foam starts to form and rise. Put everything, even the foam, into small cups and wait a moment for it to settle. Feel free to drink and enjoy this traditional, strong treat!
